Shipping

All dreieckstudio items are carefully hand-packed and shipped with DHL.

• In-stock pieces (already woven, ready to ship): Shipping within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is prepared

• Made-to-order pieces: individual weaving time of approx. 2 weeks – the exact lead time is shown on each product page or can be discussed individually

• Shipping cost within Germany: 5 €

Shipping within the EU

We also ship to all EU countries.

• Delivery time: approx. 3–7 business days in addition to the weaving time

• Shipping cost: 10 - 15 €

• Since these are deliveries within the EU, no customs charges apply.

Packaging

Since every dreieckstudio item is a handwoven one-of-a-kind piece, each item is packaged in tissue paper to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully. Care instructions will be included in the packaging.

Important note on made-to-order pieces

For pieces made individually to your specifications (e.g. custom colour choice, custom measurements), the delivery time may be longer. You will be informed of the expected production time before completing your order.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Marina Schroeder, dreieckstudio, hi@dreieckstudio.de — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having returned them, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Return Shipping & Condition of Goods

We do not cover return shipping costs, and we cannot cover items lost during return transport. We recommend sending returns with a tracked and insured shipping service.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary for checking their condition, characteristics, and functionality. We will inspect all returned products and reimburse your payment, excluding the original shipping cost. Goods must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. We are unable to accept items that show signs of use or damage from wear or return transport; if a returned piece appears used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (custom-made pieces)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or decision by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.

Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale remain subject to the standard 14-day right of withdrawal described above. We're happy to offer an exchange or voucher as an alternative if you'd prefer — but never instead of your right to a full refund.

In case of a defective product, please contact us at hi@dreieckstudio.de and we'll sort it out with you directly.
